With the Basic Studio Mylar Lesson you will learn to digitize designs just for Mylar or Angelina so all the sparkles will enhance your design.  This sun can also be used as a sunflower or fantasy flower if you choose to just by changing the colors of your design.  This is one of the designs you can digitize once and use it for several different looks.

You can add this design to embellish summer T-tops, beach towels, beach tote bags, your purse or anything else you can think of where you may want a little sparkle without stitching with metallic threads. When you are finished with the lesson you will have a design that you can let your imagination go when you stitch it out.


With this lesson you will learn the basic principles of digitizing a
design from a graphic I drew just for this Mylar lesson. I will show you
the use of the auto outline tool, how to determine what angle to use for the stitches in a design as well as how to use other tools of the Studio program.This lesson was produced using Embird 2010 but can be used with any of the versions of Embird.  The lesson is also produced with the beginning digitizer in mind but lends itself suitable for any user of Embird Studio.
